Il piano comprende la colazione, il pranzo e la cena, oltre a spuntini aggiuntivi durante la giornata.<\/p>\n<p>L'alimentazione pulita non \u00e8 una dieta, ma uno stile di vita che dovrebbe portare a un'alimentazione sana e sostenibile. Il termine Clean Eating non indica una forma di dieta fissa o prescritta, cos\u00ec come non esiste una definizione precisa del termine clean.
