height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1562133301 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Granola : m\u00e9langer 70g de flocons d'avoine avec 35g de miel et 18g d'huile de coco.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tendre sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four \u00e0 160 degr\u00e9s pendant env. 20 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/li>\n<li>15 pruneaux coup\u00e9s en deux et \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement griller dans une po\u00eale avec de l'huile de coco<\/li>\n<li>Retirer ensuite de la po\u00eale<\/li>\n<li>Chauffer l'\u00e9rythritol dans une po\u00eale<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque le sucre est fondu et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9, ajouter un peu de jus de fruit.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les pruneaux et les faire cuire \u00e0 la vapeur jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient tendres - Ajouter un peu de jus si n\u00e9cessaire et assaisonner avec de la cannelle.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer 250g de yaourt avec 1-2 Scoops de poudre Flavourite \"Cinnamon Roll\" de FitnFemale<\/li>\n<li>Servir avec du granola et des pruneaux &amp;
