M\u00e9langer les dattes avec 3 cuill\u00e8res d'huile de coco et 3 cuill\u00e8res de pur\u00e9e d'amandes dans un mixeur pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me. \u00c9talez le tout sur le fond de chaque moule \u00e0 muffins.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre le tout au cong\u00e9lateur pendant environ 1h.<\/li>\n<li>Faire fondre 100g de Chocogasm Protein Chocolate de FitnFemale et l'\u00e9taler ensuite sur les coupes.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre le tout au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur ou au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 10 minutes.
