Dans chacun, mettez un \u0153uf, 1\/2 banane et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'\u00e9dulcorant. Battez le tout en mousse.<br \/> 2. dans chacune, 30 g de prot\u00e9ines, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique, 1 scoop de FlavMe pour chaque vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de yaourt maigre.<br \/> 3. Continuer \u00e0 battre et verser dans les moules \u00e0 muffins.
