The name literally says it all. Get in Shape and Express! The (individual) plan which focuses on fat reduction, weight reduction and butt and tummy tightening.<\/p>\n<p>Included in the plan is the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Calorie plan, tailored specifically for you<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Revenue plan incl. nutrition guidelines<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Effective training tips (minimum effort, maximum result) with focus on fat burning, buttocks and abdomen.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The goal from<strong> Shape Express Plan<\/strong> is to feel good in your own body. The time of 3 - 4 weeks is tight, depending on your starting point, but you are guaranteed to be (even) fitter than before. The plan is designed so that you can do it alongside your job. No strict calorie counting, but it is important that you stick to the given intake and training times during this time. You don't have to starve yourself, but conscious and healthy eating is mandatory except for the cheat day (1x per week).<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will receive the documents by mail (PDF), i.e. in electronic form.
