Property 1<\/strong> - You are happy when someone says that you have grown fat legs, which is a clear sign that your Leg-Day<\/strong> has not remained without a trace.

\nProperty 2<\/strong> - You are heavier than before, but you look much better. Muscles are heavier than fat, it's as simple as that.<\/p>\n

Property 3<\/strong> - Unlike other women, you are happy when the needle on the scales rises slowly but surely.

\nProperty 4<\/strong> - You don't need a scale at all, because you know your body so well that you can spot every gram of fat that has secretly settled in the mirror straight away.

\nProperty 5<\/strong> - You regularly eat like a barn-dweller in order to adequately cover your energy requirements after a hard workout.

\nProperty 6 <\/strong>- You like sweet potatoes better than conventional potatoes, mainly because they can be used in many different ways as part of a diet.

\nProperty 7<\/strong> - You count the days until cheat day like the countdown to New Year's Eve or the days until next Christmas. This reaction is perfectly understandable, because on normal days you have to give up countless treats that the whole world is indulging in right before your eyes.<\/p>\n

Property 8 <\/strong>- When you think about your past as a cardiomieze, you put on a face as if you were looking at your old Facebook photos from 2007. A truly gruesome idea.<\/p>\n

Property 9<\/strong> - You plan your week around Leg Day because you want to avoid waddling around in public like a shot duck for days on end.<\/p>\n

Property 10<\/strong> - You have a damn good-looking butt that is the envy of pretty much every woman you know. Unfortunately, due to your affinity for working out, you don't have time for a partner to look at that beauty.<\/p>\n

Property 11<\/strong> - In recent years and months, the inner workings of your closet have changed so much that it no longer has much in common with the contents of a typical women's closet. Instead of the finest dresses, you'll mainly find sports bras, training shirts and jogging bottoms.

\nProperty 12<\/strong> - Your friends ask you if you can help them move.<\/p>\n

Property 13<\/strong> - Some of your male friends find you a little intimidating, and not without good reason, because the weights you use when squatting are often heavier than their training weights. On the other hand, this also earns you a fair amount of respect.<\/p>\n

Property 14<\/strong> - You have the ability to show a completely different face in the gym that only those who watch you sweat know. Just as well, because your bared teeth could cause sleepless nights for those around you.
