Matcha chia pudding is therefore not only delicious and rich in protein, but also extremely healthy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you need for the matcha chia pudding:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"bullet-arrow\">250 ml milk (alternatively e.g. oat, almond or soy milk)<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-arrow\">50 grams of chia seeds<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-arrow\">1 teaspoon matcha powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-arrow\">100 grams of wild berries of your choice<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-arrow\">1 drop of vanilla flavoring<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-arrow\">Wild honey or agave syrup to sweeten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to prepare the matcha chia pudding:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 <span style=\"color: #ef5c96\">-<\/span> First mix the milk with the matcha powder and add a drop of vanilla flavoring and the honey. It is best to mix the whole thing with the help of a whisk or an electric milk frother.<\/p>\n<p>2 <span style=\"color: #ef5c96\">-<\/span> Once you have mixed all the ingredients together well, pour the milk and chia seeds into a small bowl. Fold in the chia seeds well and leave the mixture to swell in the fridge for at least 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p>3 <span style=\"color: #ef5c96\">-<\/span> As soon as the chia seeds are well swollen, you can add the fresh berries. The choice is yours.
