However, especially when it comes to getting rid of unwanted pounds, people who are initially highly motivated quickly find themselves in a vicious circle that destroys all successes. This is not the case for Matt and Hannah Bradley from the USA. Thanks to their indomitable willpower, they managed to lose a total of around 60 kilograms for their wedding.
When Matt got engaged to his girlfriend, the chef, who weighed a good 115 kilograms at the time, pulled the ripcord to change something about his body. Spurred on by her 23-year-old fianc\u00e9, Hannah also began to turn her life around. The couple began meticulously planning their diet, eating more vegetables and putting bad habits such as eating lots of greasy snacks in front of the TV on the back burner. The priorities in the couple's lives had suddenly changed from one day to the next. They both exercised, ate healthily and worked towards the best day of their lives.
After months that had cost Matt a lot of sweat, the 23-year-old weighed a whole 42 kilograms less, so that the registrar hardly recognized the young man at an appointment. Hannah was also able to significantly reduce her weight in the same period. The pretty young woman now weighs a good 18 kilograms less and, like Matt, is almost unrecognizable. It was only through hard work and an indomitable will that the two newlyweds were able to fulfill their dream of a slim body. And the wedding pictures of Matt and Hannah show that they have achieved a goal of inestimable value in two respects.<\/p>\n
