In each one put an egg, 1\/2 banana and a tablespoon of sweetener. Beat everything until foamy.<br \/> 2. now in each 30g of protein, a teaspoon of baking soda, 1 scoop of FlavMe for each type and 2 tablespoons of lean yogurt.<br \/> 3. Continue to whip and pour into the muffin tins. Then press one praline into each mixture and cover with batter.<br \/> Bake at 170 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
