A short and good workout for quick successes. It is important that you reduce the unloved body fat in the first place without losing muscle. The right training method is Tabata and / or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). For both types of training we have interesting info material in our fitness magazine.
The most effective exercise time
Tabata and HIIT are most effective in the morning (on an empty stomach) or in the evening 2 to 3 hours after the last meal. Tabata can take place in the morning within 4 minutes without aids and is particularly interesting because the body uses the energy directly from the fat reserves and not from the energy that you take in the form of food during the day. In the evening (2 - 3 hours after the last meal) you can use a short workout to burn up energy that you have consumed excessively. One of the biggest benefits of Tabata and HIIT is the beloved after burn effect. As the name implies, you still burn calories for a while after training, without you physically straining. Sounds too good to be true !?
Determine energy demand correctly
Each person has a different energy requirement. This results from gender, age, size, everyday activities, number of training days and especially the current body target. It affects whether you want to lose weight, build / tone muscles, or do both together.
The right food
The saying "You are what you eat" applies here to 100%. Try to cover your energy needs with the right foods. We have a grocery list with healthy foods and one list with foods with very few calories.

Note the time
Eat the right thing at the right time. This is nothing new and should be known. In the morning you should not miss out on fast-acting protein (eg whey), long-lasting carbohydrates and healthy fats. At lunchtime a balanced lunch (with 1/3 protein, 1/3 carbohydrates, 1/3, vegetables), from 17:00 a low carb diet is the alpha and omega if something on the scales should make itself felt.
Supplements (also called supplements) have many positive qualities. The most important for quick successes are undoubtedly fat burning (improving the body's metabolism) and protein intake.
