A short and good workout for quick results. It is important that you primarily reduce the unloved body fat without losing muscle. Tabata and HIIT are most effective in the morning (on an empty stomach) or in the evening 2 to 3 hours after the last meal. Tabata can be done in the morning within 4 minutes at home without any equipment and is particularly interesting because the body uses energy directly from fat reserves and not from the energy you consume in the form of food during the day. In the evening (2 - 3 hours after the last meal) you can burn the excess energy with a short workout. One of the biggest benefits of Tabata and HIIT is the beloved After Burn effect. As the name suggests, you burn calories for quite a while after the workout, without any physical exertion. Sounds too good to be true!?

Nutrition

" Determine energy demand correctly

Every person has different energy needs. This results from gender, age, size, daily activities, number of training days and especially the current body goal. It has an influence if you want to lose weight, build muscle or do both together.

" The right food

The saying "You are what you eat" applies here 100%. Try to meet your energy needs with the right foods as much as possible. We have a Shopping list with healthy foods and a List with foods with very few calories.

" Cheatday

" Note the time

Eat the right thing at the right time. This is nothing new and should be known. In the morning you should not do without quickly usable protein (e.g. Whey), long-lasting carbohydrates and healthy fats. At noon a balanced lunch (with 1/3 protein, 1/3 carbohydrates, 1/3, vegetables), from 17:00 a low carb diet is the be-all and end-all, if something should show up on the scale.
