Scoop Schoko FlavMe f&uuml;r die Brownies<br \/> &#8211; 1 kl. Scoop Buttermilch-Limette FlavMe f&uuml;r die Blondies<br \/> &#8211; 4 EL Magerjoghurt<br \/> &#8211; <span class=\"&quot;_5yl5&quot;\">3 Schoko Fitness Pralinen f&uuml;r die Brownies<br \/> &#8211; 3 Kokos Fitness-Pralinen f&uuml;r die Blondies <br \/> <strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><br \/> 1. Nehmt 2 Sch&uuml;sseln. In jede kommt ein Ei, 1\/2 Banane und ein EL S&uuml;&szlig;stoff. Alles schaumig aufschlagen.<br \/> 2. Nun in jede jeweils 30g Protein, ein TL Backpulver, 1 Scoop FlavMe f&uuml;r die jeweilige Sorte und 2 EL Magerjoghurt.<br \/> 3. weiter aufschlagen und in die Muffinformen geben. Dann jeweils eine Praline in die jeweilige Masse dr&uuml;cken und mit Teig bedecken.<br \/> 4. Bei 170 Grad ca. 20-25 Minuten backen. (St&auml;bchentest!)<br \/> 5.
